Investing in Your Future

Families, athletes, and organizations across the Tri-Cities are feeling the strain of limited field and facility access, even as our region continues to grow faster than anywhere else in Washington State.

Badger Mountain West Activity Center is a planned, multi-use campus designed to meet that need head-on. It brings together athletics, lodging, recreation, and gathering spaces in one place, creating memory-inducing opportunities for activity through modern, accessible, high-quality facilities.

This is a project built for the long term.

For youth. For families. For the future of the Tri-Cities.

The Project

One destination. Many ways to gather, compete, and connect.

Once complete, Badger Mountain West Activity Center will serve as a single, integrated campus supporting year-round use, regional tournaments, and community programming. Together, we'll create uniquely Tri-Cities experiences.

Instead of traveling from venue to venue, visitors and residents alike can stay, play, and connect in one purposefully designed environment.

01

Multi-Sport
Outdoor Fields

Designed to support soccer, baseball, softball, and other field sports, these fields will serve both tournament play and everyday community use. The goal is to reduce scheduling bottlenecks while creating space for athletes at every level.

02

Indoor & Covered
Athletic Facilities

Year-round access matters. Indoor and covered spaces allow for training, practice, and events regardless of season, weather, or schedule constraints, expanding access beyond traditional peak months.

03

Amphitheater and Event Lawn

A flexible gathering space designed for community events, concerts, celebrations, and shared experiences. This space supports the idea that activity extends beyond competition and into connection.

04

On-Site
Lodging

Hotel accommodations and bungalow-style lodging are planned to support multi-day tournaments, visiting families, and extended stays. Lodging on campus reduces friction and allows families to focus on the experience, not logistics.

05

RV
Park

Designed for teams, families, and travelers who prefer flexible lodging options, the RV park adds another layer of accessibility while supporting longer stays and regional tourism.

06

Food, Beverage, and Gathering Spaces

Planned food and beverage offerings, including winery and communal spaces, create places to relax, meet, and unwind between games or events. Spaces are designed for connection as convenience.

07

Trails, Open Space, and Community Areas

Walking paths, green space, and open areas invite movement, downtime, and informal gathering. These areas help balance high-energy activity with moments to pause and reconnect.

ABOUT

Built with purpose. Guided by community.

Badger Mountain West Activity Center exists to offer the right playing field for kids at every level of athletic experience, while creating a place where families, visitors, and the broader community can gather and thrive.

The project is guided by a belief that access to quality spaces shapes not only performance, but confidence, connection, and opportunity. By lowering barriers to entry through weekday use, sponsored programming, and community-driven initiatives, the campus is designed to serve more than elite competition alone.

This is a community-first, long-term project, focused on youth development, economic sustainability, and lasting regional impact.
